Easy SPACE process,
with you from start to finish

We know that making the decision to go ahead is a big one and we try to be as clear as we can about our process. Our dedicated team of design consultants will work with you every step of the way to create something unique, that can be installed quickly and efficiently for you to enjoy, at a competitive price.

We will ensure that a SPACE garden room exceeds your expectations and maximises the available space while being sympathetic to the surrounding environment.

Arrange a FREE site / virtual survey

Our surveyors will visit your site to access the suitability of
your garden as well as providing you with a full and comprehensive design consultation.

Get a quote

Once all relevant information has been collected and discussed, a quote will be sent to you to confirm and an installation date will be then agreed and allocated.

Deposit

4 weeks prior to your installation date a 50% deposit will be required and all necessary materials will be ordered.

Installation

This is where actual building process starts, your garden project is installed by our highly trained and efficient team. A further 25% payment once roof and glazing are complete.

Final stage & Remaining balance

Once your garden room has been installed, we will inspect it with you to ensure you are happy with it. We will then ask you to sign off the work, and pay the remaining balance.
